1. Order Processing
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please review this information carefully to ensure everything is correct.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation is received. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at inquiries@whiteeagleretreats.com. Once an order has been processed and handed off to our shipping carrier, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
2. Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Expedited shipping options may also be available at an additional fee.
Domestic Orders Only
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the US and have questions, please reach out to us at inquiries@whiteeagleretreats.com.
Shipping Promotions
From time to time, we may offer special shipping promotions. These will be clearly indicated on our website and applied automatically at checkout when applicable.
3. Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking confirmation will be included in your shipping notification email once your order is on its way.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
Weather conditions or natural events
Carrier delays or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays)
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will do our best to notify you promptly of any delays and work with USPS to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Orders placed after 5 PM the night before will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
Your USPS tracking number
A direct link to track your shipment in real time
Estimated delivery date
If you have an account with us, you can also track your orders directly from your account dashboard at whiteeagleretreats.com.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at inquiries@whiteeagleretreats.com.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware of the following restrictions when placing your order:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.
We only ship within the United States. International orders are not accepted at this time.
Some products may carry shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or regulatory requirements. Any such restrictions will be clearly noted on the individual product page.
If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at inquiries@whiteeagleretreats.com with the following:

A description of the damage

Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund depending on the circumstances.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors or anyone at your address who may have accepted the package

Checking any safe drop locations noted by USPS

Contacting USPS directly using your tracking number
If the package still cannot be located after these steps, please contact us at inquiries@whiteeagleretreats.com and we will open an investigation with USPS on your behalf.
8. Returns & Exchanges

If your return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/defective product, we will cover all return shipping costs.
