At White Eagle Retreats, every purchase reflects an act of trust — and we take that seriously. This Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and our commitments when it comes to refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.
This policy is designed to comply with applicable United States consumer protection laws, including the FTC's regulations on refunds and cancellations, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and applicable state consumer protection statutes, including those of Florida (Fla. Stat. §§ 501.201–501.213, Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act).
1. Our Commitment to You
We stand behind everything we offer — from our curated retreat experiences to any physical products or digital resources available through our website. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Refund requests are handled with genuine care and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always a fair and respectful resolution for both parties.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
Physical Products

Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect items: If you received an item different from what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund.

Unopened items: Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
Retreat Registrations & Experiences

Cancellation 60+ days before the event: Full refund, minus a 10% administrative processing fee.

Cancellation 30–59 days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellation within 30 days of the event: No refund will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or apply your credit toward a future retreat, subject to availability.

Event cancelled by White Eagle Retreats: In the unlikely event that we cancel a retreat, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or the option to apply your credit toward a future event.
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable content (e-books, guides, digital resources) are final once the download link has been accessed. Exceptions may be made if the file is corrupted or inaccessible — please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:

Gift cards or store credit

Items marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" at the time of purchase

Retreat registrations cancelled within 30 days of the event (see Section 2)

Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded

Services that have already been rendered or partially rendered

Custom or personalized items made to order
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact us: Email inquiries@whiteeagleretreats.com with your order number, the item(s) in question, and a brief description of the issue.

Step 2 — Documentation: For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Step 3 — Review: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.

Step 4 — Resolution: Once your return is received and inspected (for physical items), or your request is approved (for services and digital products), we will notify you of the outcome and process any applicable refund.
We aim to process all approved refunds within 5–10 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible:

Credit / Debit Card: Refunds will be credited back to the card used at the time of purchase. Processing time may vary by financial institution (typically 5–10 business days).

PayPal or other digital wallets: Refunds will be returned to the original account. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days.

Store Credit: In some cases, you may opt to receive store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
6. Return Shipping
If you are required to return a physical item:

Our error or defective product: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of mind or other eligible returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team upon approval of your return request.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for physical products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
To begin an exchange, follow the same process as outlined in Section 4 and indicate your preference for an exchange rather than a refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, we recommend the following steps:

Check your bank account or credit card statement again — sometimes processing takes a few extra days.

Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be an internal processing delay on their end.

If you have completed both steps above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at inquiries@whiteeagleretreats.com and we will investigate promptly.
9. Your Legal Rights Under U.S. Law
This policy does not limit or waive any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law. The following is provided for informational purposes:
FTC Regulations
Under the Federal Trade Commission's regulations (16 C.F.R. Part 239), businesses are required to clearly disclose their refund and return policies. Our policy is presented here in full and is also available at whiteeagleretreats.com/refund-policy. If a refund policy is not conspicuously disclosed, the FTC's "cooling-off" rule (16 C.F.R. Part 429) may entitle consumers to cancel certain purchases made away from a seller's permanent place of business within 3 business days for a full refund.
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
For any physical products sold with an express written warranty, White Eagle Retreats LLC complies with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301–2312). Any warranty terms will be clearly disclosed on the relevant product page or accompanying documentation.
Florida Consumer Protection Laws
As a Florida-based company (Winter Garden, FL), White Eagle Retreats LLC operates in compliance with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Fla. Stat. §§ 501.201–501.213. Florida consumers have the right to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division at myfloridalegal.com if they believe they have been subjected to an unfair, deceptive, or unconscionable act or practice. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under FDUTPA.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may delay resolution and may affect your ability to make future purchases with us.
Right to Cancel — Services
For service agreements (such as retreat registrations), cancellation rights and timelines are governed by the terms set forth in Section 2 of this policy and any service agreement signed at the time of registration. In cases where a written contract governs the cancellation terms, those terms will apply alongside this policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
For purchases made prior to a policy change, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
